Starting June 1, Kifunosato’s summer kaiseki courses will be available.
For our “Quality over Quantity Gozen,” we will be offering an assorted abalone dish, a favorite among our guests every year.
This year, our “Zei Gozen” and “Seasonal Flower Kaiseki” courses will be served with a slightly new approach.
From sashimi presented beneath a refreshing ice dome to dishes featuring ayu sweetfish, we invite you to take your time and savor the seasonal flavors of summer from both the mountains and the sea, each thoughtfully prepared in our kaiseki courses.
■ Quality over Quantity Gozen
This kaiseki course is especially popular among our guests, particularly women.
The concept is “small portions of truly delicious dishes.”
Compared with the Seasonal Flower Kaiseki, this course features lighter portions of meat dishes and fried items, allowing us to place greater emphasis on the quality of the sashimi and individual dishes.
It is designed to be enjoyed lightly, while highlighting the natural flavors of each ingredient.

Please note that the menu may vary slightly depending on the day.
