The Standard Seasonal Kaiseki Course, will feature a total of 10 dishes, including “Grilled Special Wagyu Beef with Hoba Miso” as the main dish, “Steamed Matsutake Mushrooms in an earthen pot” and “Assorted seasonal dishes”.
