Summer kaiseki course will be available from June 1!The “Quality Over Quantity Course” will feature a combination of abalone dishes.The “Zei no Gozen Kaiseki Course” and “Standard Seasonal Kaiseki Course” will be served with steamed soft abalone.
We hope you will enjoy the summer season of mountains and seas in each course.

Kifu-no-sato’s standard course, “Standard Seasonal Kaiseki Course”.
This course is recommended for those who are new to Kifu-no-sato.
It includes steamed soft abalone, ice dome sashimi, grilled Japanese beef, grilled sweetfish, and other delicacies from the mountains and the sea in a well-balanced meal.

The concept of this kaiseki course is “a little bit of everything delicious.
Compared to the Seasonal Hana Kaiseki course, the meat and oil dishes are less heavy on the stomach, and the quality of the sashimi and a la carte dishes has been upgraded to compensate!

This course is recommended when you want to eat a lot of delicious food, for anniversaries or celebrations.
It is full of dishes such as five kinds of gorgeous sashimi including lobster and Nagi beef, Okayama’s brand beef, grilled on a stone.
This is our most recommended course.
